Our group pursues fundamental research in mathematical and theoretical physics, with a core focus on the fundamental mathematical structures underpinning quantum theory. Our research spans quantum field theory, quantum algebras, topological order in quantum matter, and generalized symmetries in field theory and lattice model, alongside interdisciplinary explorations into quantum information and quantum computation. Using rigorous mathematical and physical approaches, we uncover the intrinsic physics of quantum systems and advance original foundational theoretical work at the discipline frontier.
